are contracted for
Annually, and demanded from time to time as required for immediate use, bing paid for monthly by the Colonial Treasurer on the production of a
Cutificate of the Superintendent that the articles
Charged
were actirally delivered.
The
Gool accounts
accounts are Andited monthly
by the Auditor General previous to their transmission
to England..
